All Wars Museum

Location: Illinois Veterans Home at Quincy, 1707 North 12th Street, Quincy, IL, PH: (217) 640-2270.

Hours of Operation: Museum hours of operation are Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to
12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. On Sundays, the museum is open 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The museum will be closed on Mondays. The Museum Season is March 1st through the Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving.

For Group Tours: Guided tours of the facility are available to individuals, classes, and organizations by contacting Curator Bob Craig at 217-640-5405.

Feature Exhibits: The All Wars Museum is located on the grounds of the Illinois Veterans Home at Quincy. The museum, under the direction of Curator Bob Craig and Associate Curator Les Miller, has added approximately 300 square feet of display area. Several new exhibits have been added to the museum and many more have been improved.

The All Wars Museum has been in operation approximately 30 years. The mission of the museum is to preserve and exhibit artifacts and equipment relevant to the history of America's military engagements. The museum has over 5,000 artifacts from every United States military engagement dating from the Revolutionary War through the current "War on Terrorism".
